Shipping & Delivery

What shipping options are available?

We offer two jolly good shipping methods:

  1. Standard Shipping ($12.95 via DHL/FedEx) – 10-15 days after dispatch
  2. Free Shipping (via EMS for orders over $50) – 15-25 days after dispatch

How long does order processing take?

All orders are carefully packed and processed within 1-2 business days from our Atlanta headquarters. During the peak holiday season (November-December), please allow an additional 1-2 days for processing.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship worldwide to spread Christmas joy across borders! However, we currently cannot deliver to certain Asian countries and remote regions due to logistical constraints.

What’s the last day to order for Christmas delivery?

For holiday emergencies or last-minute needs, we recommend selecting Standard Shipping and placing orders before December 10th to ensure delivery by Christmas.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery. If any item doesn’t meet your expectations, simply contact our Atlanta-based customer care team at [email protected] to initiate your return.

What if my ornament arrives damaged?

While we take every precaution in packaging, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage and packaging. We’ll happily replace it or issue a refund.
