📦 Return Shipping

  • Customer Responsibility: You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
  • Recommendation: We suggest using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

To keep the holiday magic alive for all our customers, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Personalized/Custom Ornaments: Any ornaments that have been personalized with names, dates, or custom designs
  • Final Sale Items: Clearly marked clearance or final sale products
  • Used/Damaged Items: Items that show signs of wear, damage, or missing parts
  • Christmas Tree Toppers: Due to their delicate nature and specialized packaging
