2. Free Shipping

- Available for orders over $50
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipping
- Perfect for budget-conscious decorators who can wait a bit longer
Please note: We do not ship to certain remote areas in Asia and other locations. Delivery times may vary during peak holiday seasons.

Holiday Happiness Guarantee
You may return most unworn, unwashed, undamaged items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Some exceptions apply (see below).

- Wait for Approval: We’ll respond faster than Santa’s sleigh (usually within 24 hours) with return instructions.
- Pack Securely: Wrap your items with the same care you’d use for fragile ornaments, including all original packaging.

📦 Return Shipping
- Customer Responsibility: You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
- Recommendation: We suggest using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
- Original Shipping: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

- Christmas Tree Toppers: Due to their delicate nature and specialized packaging
