We work faster than Santa’s elves! All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Please note: We do not ship to certain remote areas in Asia and other locations. Delivery times may vary during peak holiday seasons.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

We want your holiday decorations to sparkle with perfection. If you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how our returns work:

Holiday Happiness Guarantee

You may return most unworn, unwashed, undamaged items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Some exceptions apply (see below).

✨ How to Return an Item

1. Contact Us: Email our customer care team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our handy return request template below.
2. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond faster than Santa’s sleigh (usually within 24 hours) with return instructions.
3. Pack Securely: Wrap your items with the same care you’d use for fragile ornaments, including all original packaging.
4. Ship Back: Send your return to:

📦 Return Shipping

• Customer Responsibility: You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
• Recommendation: We suggest using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
• Original Shipping: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once we receive your return:

• Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your return.
• Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
• Timing: Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Want to exchange for a different color or style? Here’s how:

• Follow the same return process above
• Include a note specifying the item you’d like to exchange for
• We’ll process your exchange once we receive the original item
• You’ll be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs

❌ Non-Returnable Items

To keep the holiday magic alive for all our customers, we cannot accept returns of:

• Personalized/Custom Ornaments: Any ornaments that have been personalized with names, dates, or custom designs
• Final Sale Items: Clearly marked clearance or final sale products
• Used/Damaged Items: Items that show signs of wear, damage, or missing parts
• Christmas Tree Toppers: Due to their delicate nature and specialized packaging
