Please note: We do not ship to certain remote areas in Asia and other locations. Delivery times may vary during peak holiday seasons.

Holiday Happiness Guarantee

You may return most unworn, unwashed, undamaged items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Some exceptions apply (see below).

  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond faster than Santa’s sleigh (usually within 24 hours) with return instructions.
  3. Pack Securely: Wrap your items with the same care you’d use for fragile ornaments, including all original packaging.

📦 Return Shipping

  • Customer Responsibility: You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

To keep the holiday magic alive for all our customers, we cannot accept returns of:
